Microsoft Brings Fresh Paint App For Free on Its Windows 8.1

Microsoft announced today that its going to launch Fresh Paint app for free along with its Windows 8.1 coming October 18. 

According to the company some of new features are also added in the Windows Phone version coming October 14.
